Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My family who immigrated here from India is my biggest motivation. This is because they had lots of trauma and still raised us here. Also, being a first generation child of immigrants, I also had my own barriers of balancing dual identity while also trying to be accepted in society growing up. This is why I essentially became a therapist to help other people of color who also went through their own trauma and barriers growing up.

How do you stay motivated?

I workout, dance, knit, travel, network, and hang out with loved ones as much as possible. I also listen to podcasts when I feel low or lacking motivation.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would finally make an LLC for my business, have money to speak to an accountant and lawyer for building paperwork and reducing unwanted errors. This would also greatly help paying for marketing initiatives to find more clientele that need help of BIPOC wellness coach or public speaker. I would also hopefully be able to eventually work for myself instead having multiple jobs.
