Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my own healing journey and the realization that so many people are living in a constant state of stress and disconnection from themselves. Through meditation, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation practices, I discovered how powerful it is when people learn to listen to their body instead of overriding it. That experience inspired me to create Seventh Aura as a space where others can reconnect, regulate, and feel supported in their healing.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. Every person who reaches out for guidance reminds me that this work matters. Healing the nervous system creates ripple effects in people’s lives, their relationships, and their communities. I stay grounded through my own practices like meditation and body awareness, and I focus on continuing to learn and grow so I can better support the people I serve.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the funding into expanding Seventh Aura into a physical wellness sanctuary designed to support nervous system regulation and holistic healing. The vision includes a meditation and yin yoga studio, private coaching space, Himalayan salt room, and therapeutic water space. As it grows, I plan to integrate frequency-based technologies such as wellness pods and bioenergetic systems to complement natural healing practices.
