Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My business is inspired by the youth. I fell in love with media as a child, leading choirs, performing in plays, writing poems, and being an MC. No one understood my passion until I found programs that supported me. Now, I provide a platform for students to learn media the right way. I’ve built a 6-figure business through digital marketing, and with 16 years in media, I’m committed to empowering the next generation to gain confidence and thrive earlier than I did.

How do you stay motivated?

My students are my greatest motivation. I love them deeply and celebrate their wins as if they were my own. Watching them transform—from feeling lost, uncomfortable, and lacking confidence to thriving as successful individuals in media—is the most rewarding part of my work. We are more than just a program; we’re a family. I stay connected to them, checking in, praying with them, and supporting them in every way I can. Their growth fuels my purpose, and my faith keeps me grounde

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would train the next generation of media leaders. I would launch an 8-week after-school program, giving 10 students access to hands-on media training. They would learn to speak with confidence, record their own podcasts, and host events, providing both the talent and the sounds for the experience. This funding would also allow me to employ two youth leaders and offer stipends to three volunteer instructors, ensuring the program is led with care and expertise.
