Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My journey reflects a remarkable strength derived from facing challenges and fears, inspired by my personal experience! As well as, the foundational love and strength of my parents who shaped my resilience and focus. My passion for education and the desire to motivate youths who struggle with fear, bullying, peer pressure, illiteracy, low self-esteem, and dropping out fueled my business pursuit! This blend of personal and professional inspiration is a testament to my FAITH!

How do you stay motivated?

As a volunteer for over 25+ years, I continue to volunteer my time working with various organizations throughout the metropolitan area making a difference! As a former educator, I focused on igniting our youths to believe that EDUCATION is POWERFUL! Their FAITH in themselves and their hard work, in school, motivated me to start a nonprofit five years ago! Lastly, the love my parents instilled in me, empowered me to continue making a difference in our youth's education!

What would you do with the $25,000?

I will create Leadership and youth development programs to continue building leaders for tomorrow; I will have motivational speakers, workshops, and seminars to empower our youths and their families every month; I will utilize churches, schools, or community organizations to bring these projects together. Additional funds will be used for resource packets and marketing.
