Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business are my parents . Both my parents are from a small town in Mexico. They migrated to the US with nothing but the shirts on their back. Starting from nothing , my parents ended up starting a business in construction. My father taught me the meaning of hard work and how to work hands on and learning all kinds of trades and my mother taught me the value of responsibility, speaking to people, creating a plan and sticking to it .

How do you stay motivated?

Everyday I wake up and feel blessed because I am in this first world country . Opportunities don’t just pop up at your door step , one has to go out and get them. I feel proud to know that I have accomplished a lot in my life . What keeps me going is knowing I have a responsibility to give my parents what they left behind and what they gave me growing up. I will be successful. Thank you.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would do a lot of things with this money. I would look into using it for payroll purposes, I would invest back in my business by paying of credit on equipment , or making a purchase on new equipment, I would use this money to stay afloat in the winter. Since we have a contract in PA I would look into purchasing a home for rent , or I would use this money to make mortgage payments on my personal home . With $25k , I would continue to keep working on my business , reaching out to companies.
