When I moved back to the U.S., I faced challenges finding a job. I realized there wasn’t an easy way to hire someone to help with my job search, which inspired me to start a company that provides exactly that service. I built My Personal Recruiter to help people navigate the job market more efficiently and reduce the stress that comes with career transitions.

How do you stay motivated?

Growing up in poverty and relying on government assistance taught me resilience and grit. Surviving cancer at 26 further strengthened my determination to achieve success and make the most of every opportunity. These experiences have given me an unwavering drive to create a better future for myself and to inspire others through my work.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 directly into marketing to expand my company’s reach and bring our services to more job seekers in need. Alternatively, I would invest in real estate to secure long-term financial growth that could fund future business ventures and community initiatives.
