From leaving a legacy with our company name of Chapela Real Estate to helping minority communities access affordable housing, as well as build equity for long-term wealth management and financial literacy. I'm a huge advocate of participation and community involvement, as well as giving back and showing up as a mentor and role-model. Put your money where your mouth is, right?

How do you stay motivated?

It's hard. The struggle is so real sometimes. From eating peanuts for 2 days, to making $100,000's in one flip. From mold remediation in my roof, to trips to the Dominican Republic and Europe with my best friends and supporters. We're buying duplexes together soon too... The sky's the limit. American Dreamin' in 2025. The conditions are prime for ME, yet I know I'm lucky and blessed to be here today and I want to make sure that I help others do the same!

What would you do with the $25,000?

Invest it back into my business and our local community. I will donate around $3,000 to local organizations. Home flipping is a cash hungry business. Never enough, but I always try to equal out the playing field by choice.
