Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is nature itself. To create a successful business, we need to create a team, a family, to build it. Just as in nature—like ants, bees, and wolves—we humans need to work as a team, as a family, to successfully create a business that benefits the whole team.

How do you stay motivated?

After dealing with depression for the past five years, I have found motivation in understanding that, like me, everyone around me is just trying to survive. I understand that there is much to do to help others around me, and the idea of helping others on this journey called life gives me motivation.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I will use the $25,000 to keep funding CMAstudios. CMAstudios is more than a company; it is an idea, a dream. I plan to create a free art and content-creator school in my region of Oaxaca, Mexico. I am from Santiago Asunción, Silacayoapam, Oaxaca, Mexico, and I want to create a film studio to help the economy and help aspiring artists achieve their dreams.
