Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my parents, who worked tirelessly seven days a week to build a future for me and my two brothers. Despite not speaking English, they successfully ran cleaning and construction businesses, demonstrating incredible determination, resilience, and the ability to adapt. How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the example my family set—I've never seen them give up, no matter the challenges. My newborn son is a huge driving force, as I want to provide him with the best future possible. And the dream of achieving financial freedom for my family, including my mother and father, keeps me focused and committed to pushing forward every day. Healthy life style helps to maintain my life force.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Over the last five years, I’ve been working almost seven days a week, reinvesting money back into the business and prioritizing our employees' pay over the owners. If I had $25,000, I would first pay off some debt, which would relieve financial pressure. Then, I’d invest the rest into my family—specifically, a down payment on a family car, which would provide more stability and freedom for us moving forward.
