Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from helping marginalized entrepreneurs realize their potential. I’ve walked the path of uncertainty and know the struggles they face. Hustle On Sunday®, the Pretty Entrepreneur Series, and The Corporate Escape Planner are my ways of providing tools, hope, and guidance to those who feel overlooked. Seeing others thrive because of the support I provide fuels my passion every day.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the resilience of those I serve. Every story of someone overcoming obstacles to chase their dream reminds me why I started. My faith also grounds me, reminding me that this mission is bigger than myself. When I see others take steps toward their goals with the tools I provide, it reignites my drive to keep going and make a difference. I know the work I'm doing is necessary and I believe that small business ownership should be accessible to all.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d use $25,000 to expand my impact by creating accessible workshops for underserved entrepreneurs, improving the Pretty Entrepreneur Series podcast, and distributing The Corporate Escape Planner to those who need it most. Every dollar would go toward breaking barriers, amplifying voices, and ensuring more entrepreneurs have the tools to succeed.
