Learn MoreThere are few business models like mine in the 3D Concrete Construction industry. That said, my inspiration comes from the many black and brown women in the industry, many of whom are unknown.
How do you stay motivated?The efforts that allow me to stay motivated are often derived from watching old YouTube videos of great athletes or entertainers, such as Steph Curry, Simone Biles, and Beyonce. The behind the seen footage of the challenges that they faced on the road to greatness. It's a constant reminder that "Greatness" is a road full of obstacles, which I believe are the prerequisites for such a degree. The school of hard knocks.
What would you do with the $25,000?The twenty-five thousand is going straight to our civil engineer firm, Kimley-Horn. Anything left will go towards, infrastructure ie roads and sewer.
