Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my youth. Growing up, my single mother worked three jobs to support my sister and me. We moved four times in five years, never having a stable foundation. Those struggles shaped my determination to create a life of consistency and permanence. I took a chance on myself, breaking away from my past to build something better, not just for me but for those I love. My journey drives me every day to provide the stability I once longed for.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my ‘why’. The hardships my family and I faced growing up, from financial struggles to emotional and physical challenges. Reflecting on those times reminds me of the life I’m building and why I refuse to go back to that place. It drives me to give my best every day, even when my best looks different. It’s about progress, resilience, and honoring the journey that got me to where I am today.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I could elevate my presence in our service area and drive meaningful growth. I’d enhance marketing strategies to reach more customers, invest in newer equipment to deliver even better service, and ensure we’re on track for sustainable, healthy expansion. This investment would allow me to better serve my amazing customers and solidify the foundation for long-term success.
