Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My youngest daughter who passed away in college in March of 2022. She was a very talented artist and an aspiring model who shared my love for fashion.

How do you stay motivated?

I am eager to challenge myself to keep coming up with fresh new looks in a market(athletic/ casual apparel) that can be very predictable. Another way I stay motivated is by constantly taking "notes" of what I see throughout my everyday life that inspires me. I truly have this burning desire to create clothing that appeals to the entire diaspora regardless of our global region.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I will copyright my logos. I will hire an accounting service. I will build an easily navigated website for my shoppers. I will advertise through interior bus signage, digital billboard rental and all available social media outlets. I will buy space in local and national cultural events, and fashion shows. I will invest in packaging that is both sustainable and recognizable.
