Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my family, particularly my mother and two aunts, who fought and won their battles with breast cancer. Their resilience motivates me to prioritize family while building impactful ventures. I’m also driven by the opportunity to empower others to achieve success, whether through notary business coaching or creating supportive communities like Grit to Growth. Helping people unlock their potential fuels my passion for entrepreneurship and education.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my purpose—providing for my family and empowering others to achieve their goals. Reflecting on the positive impact I’ve made keeps me inspired, as does my passion for teaching and creating opportunities. I set clear goals, celebrate small wins, and stay grounded in gratitude. Surrounding myself with supportive people helps me push through challenges and keep moving forward.

With $25,000, I would expand my educational platforms, like the Notary Training Hub and Grit to Growth, by creating more digital resources, funding scholarships for aspiring entrepreneurs, and hosting workshops to reach underserved communities. I’d invest in marketing to grow my reach and enhance tools for my students, ensuring they have everything needed to build successful businesses. This funding would help scale my efforts and create a lasting impact for those I aim to empower.
