Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My children are my inspiration in business. They remind me every day of the importance of creating a better world for the next generation. Their curiosity, resilience, and sense of fairness drive my passion for transforming education and advocating for systemic change. It's for them, and all children, that I strive to build a future where every learner can thrive.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the impact I can make, both for my children and for future generations. Every day, I'm driven by the opportunity to make education more accessible, inclusive, and empowering. The small victories, like a child finally grasping a difficult concept or an educator gaining new tools for success, remind me that real change is possible. I also draw strength from the amazing people I work with.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would invest it in expanding Evolving in Education’s initiatives by further developing our online platforms to support educators and students. The funds would help enhance our Learning Management System and Knowledge Management System, and foster community partnerships. Additionally, it would support targeted programs focused on student well-being, academic success, and educational equity, creating lasting, systemic change in education.
