Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My mom. She didn’t own a business or have a fancy title , but her grind and dedication shaped the person I am today. My mom came to this country at just 17 years old by herself, with nothing but determination and a dream for a better life. As a single mother raising me and my brother, she worked cleaning houses to make ends meet. Watching her hustle every single day taught me what it means to work hard and make things happen, no matter the circumstances.

How do you stay motivated?

Motivation is something I live every day. As a single mother to a 14-year-old son, staying motivated is non-negotiable. My son is the reason I push forward, even on the toughest days. He’s been my driving force since the day I gave birth to him, and every decision I make is rooted in providing a better life for him and showing him what hard work and resilience look like. The same way my mother showed me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I’d invest in upgrading equipment and expanding our office space to improve efficiency and eliminate storage costs, setting a solid foundation for growth. A portion would also go to a nonprofit, as I believe in giving back when blessed with opportunities. To some, $25,000 may seem small, but for me, it’s a chance to elevate my business, create better opportunities for my family, and make a meaningful impact in my community.
