Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Children and wounded children living in an adult body. My old version. I’ve been there and I know how it feels, especially as a child. I used to strive for perfection to gain acceptance, fearing being judged all the time, struggling to express myself and constantly seeking validation from others, avoiding raising my hand and worrying about how others perceived me. Developing a growth mindset literally transformed my life. I wish I had developed a growth mindset when I was a child.

How do you stay motivated?

With gratitude, I always remember my why and the journey it took to transform my life. As a former Tony Robbins crew member, I realized the immense love and energy people dedicate to transforming lives. This inspired me to gift children with the same heart-driven support I received. I believe in fostering a new generational wealth of happiness, freedom and self-confidence in children, sharing the impact personal development has had on me and others.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would allocate 50% to forming partnerships with schools, educational platforms and child development centers to expand reach. Invest 20% in developing and enhancing online certification courses and workshops for parents and educators. Dedicate 10% to online marketing to reach a broader global audience and 20% to continuous skill development and initiating book publishing. This expansion allows more children and families to benefit from The Magic Box for Children, nurturing a global community.
