Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My passion for human-centric consulting stems from my belief that businesses should prioritize people over profits. Inspired by my children, I strive to create a work environment where empathy, authenticity, and genuine care are valued. I want to show them that work can be fulfilling and meaningful while also driving efficiency and business growth. A new way of 'consulting' has arrived!

How do you stay motivated?

My family's well-being drives me to stay motivated. Being the example to my children of what it takes to start and scale a business, is my why - if I can, they can! I'm also passionate about creating a team where everyone thrives, and I'm inspired by the positive impact our work has on our clients.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would create a subscription-based Resource Management Academy. This academy would offer comprehensive training on Resource Management and Workforce Planning for professionals at all levels, from beginners to C-suite executives. The goal is to equip organizations with the knowledge and skills to optimize their resource allocation and workforce strategies, ultimately leading to improved efficiency and productivity, as well as amazing leaders!
