Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My former broker, Steph Bratz. Beginning as a part-time office admin in a Century 21 Affiliated office, it didn't take long for me to be inspired by the commission checks I was cutting to our agents. From there I gained my Realtor's License becoming Rookie of the Year, followed by Quantum Leaper the next year up to running 2 of their local offices, managing 19 agents while selling roughly $15mil in Real Estate annually. Since then, I've become the Broker Owner of Realty ONE Group Luminous!

How do you stay motivated?

Set goals and conquer! It sounds simple but it isn't. Setting quarterly and annual goals, followed by the action steps required to conquer them and then putting those action steps into my calendar is how I get there. It's no easy feat having to have discipline everyday to move the needle forward but it's the most gratifying feeling when you're able to check a box of completion! Our team of agents meet regularly to hold each other accountable. It helps to have others help push you!

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would reinvest that money into our business here providing more tools and resources for our agents to be successful. Nothing feels better than leading my team and sharing the wealth! Without my agents and my clients, I wouldn't be able to do what I love everyday! You get what you give and I will give that $25,000 to help everyone achieve greatness!
