Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m a 31-year-old first-generation Mexican living in Denver, and my single mother has always been my biggest inspiration. How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by having a clear sense of purpose and setting meaningful goals. I focus on the bigger picture but break it down into smaller, achievable steps. I draw inspiration from my personal values, my experiences, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. I maintain routines, practice self-discipline, and surround myself with positive, driven people. When faced with challenges, I try to see them as opportunities to grow, which keeps my drive alive even in tough times.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won $25K, I’d reinvest it into my business. I would upgrade equipment, improve marketing, or expand my product offerings to attract more customers. I’d also consider hiring more staff or providing training to improve efficiency. Paying off any debt to improve cash flow would be a priority, along with setting aside some funds for emergencies or future opportunities. Ultimately, I’d focus on using the money to grow and strengthen my business in the long run.
