My children inspire me in business! Their vision, curiosity, and fearless approach to life encourage me to take bold risks, embrace authenticity, support my team uniquely, and challenge the status quo. After 25 years in corporate America, I’ve learned to value unique abilities and want to create a business where people thrive, believe in themselves, and contribute fully—a vision born from seeing others struggle in traditional environments.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by celebrating my team’s wins—watching them embrace change, tackle the unknown, and grow. Knowing life is fragile fuels my drive to encourage others to pursue their unique purposes with courage and authenticity. Each step forward, no matter how small, reminds me that meaningful impact is created by supporting others to thrive and live boldly in alignment with their gifts.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won, I’d invest the $25,000 in my team’s foundation for success. Some need additional training, marketing, or mentorship, while others need benefits my small company can’t yet afford. This reward would bless my ability to support them in powerful ways. I believe that when blessings are used with honesty and authenticity, they multiply—helping my team achieve their goals and creating a ripple effect of growth, success, and purpose.
