Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I have always dreamt about food. How it tastes, where it comes from and how to create possibilities with it. I have this goal of achieving “the perfect bite”. This passion originates partially from my family and our travels internationally. I have experienced amazing indigenous worldly chefs create phenomenal meals with the simplest of ingredients. I am inspired constantly and continuously by the idea, practice and execution of creating these mind-blowing dishes.

How do you stay motivated?

I am a hungry dog. I want this life I am manifesting. Not just for myself, but for those who have been with me. I want a team of success. Ambition has always been my fuel. Meaning how I feel about what I do is more than a profession. It is the passion of my purpose. I want my food to elicit emotion, a story, and a moment. When anyone recalls the experience of their trip. I want them to be of that dinner, not the skydiving.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With that amount of money, I can protect and build upon my foundation. Strengthening the best interests for the company. I would be able to hire a full-time assistant to help navigate the skills I lack. I.e. accounting. As well as acquiring long-term property with the design of having a commercial kitchen space. I plan on continuing to grow and being able to hire a 2nd chef to help me execute double bookings at my standard.
