Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Mine stems from the rickshaw drivers themselves, entrepreneurs in their own right, working tirelessly each day to make ends meet. They must ensure that the wages earned from driving their rickshaws can provide for their families, often under immense financial pressure. Their resilience and determination inspire me to create solutions that make their lives easier. Cavlom was born from the desire to empower these drivers by simply removing their greatest cost: GASOLINE

How do you stay motivated?

I have a deep connection to my roots and the challenges I witnessed growing up. Each day, I am fueled by Cavlom’s impact by enabling low-income families to access clean energy, reduce fuel costs, and bring STEM education to their children. Every rickshaw we convert offers hope for a better future through extra income for their families , reminding me of our bigger vision. I embrace challenges as opportunities to innovate and am inspired daily by the resilience of the communities we serve.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Impact isn’t cheap, especially in its early stages. Each rickshaw conversion currently costs $3,000 as i write this . Our pilot program to convert up to 25 units using existing materials is costly, but it’s essential to gain the volume, partnerships, and R&D needed to reduce costs and scale efficiently. We’ll allocate $25,000 as follows: $15,000 for 5 new conversions (bringing our total to 10), $5,000 for R&D, and $5,000 for marketing and light legal or ancillary expens
