Learn MoreMy father was a pastor and I remember him and mother helping people in the community. They would visit people’s kids in jail, buy groceries and help their children. My parents were my inspiration.
How do you stay motivated?Prayer, keeps me motivated. It is not easy working with families and kids in trauma. Self talk or friends reminding me of the importance of the work.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would first pay off some of bills generated by the business, take the kids to Wisconsin Dells, and fix the bathrooms at the youth home. The kids have never had vacations because of the conditions of their families.
