Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I became an entrepreneur to create a balanced life. My previous job’s 2-hour bus rides left me exhausted, grouchy, and missing time with loved ones. I wanted a career that allowed me to help others find balance without compromising my own. As a Virtual Executive Assistant and fitness professional, I empower busy entrepreneurs to reclaim time and energy. Whether managing their workload or guiding them in movement, I help them thrive in business and life.

How do you stay motivated?

I take time for myself and practice yoga regularly, which helps me stay grounded and balanced. Seeing my clients' businesses succeed and watching them grow in their work-life balance is incredibly fulfilling. It reminds me that the work I do truly matters, not just in helping them achieve their goals but in creating meaningful change in their lives. Knowing I can empower others to find balance and success inspires me to continue growing in my journey while supporting theirs.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would be able to expand my business, starting by adding a co-working space in my community for traveling entrepreneurs. The space would allow for lunchtime yoga classes as well as host retreats that would support the wellness aspect of my business.
