Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Two individuals who inspire me in business are Clara Wu Tsai and Joseph Tsai , her husband. I enjoy the versatility of the industries they’ve both built their backgrounds in. They also have pivoted into sports, impact, and philanthropic businesses. Which I respect as great industries to allocate your talents and investments into after becoming successful entrepreneurs. I also enjoy the fact that they are partners also. It makes both their work separate and together inspirational to watch.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through the inspiration of my team and customers. When we have large goals and I watch members of my team evolve and improve their talents to meet the moment, it keeps me inspired to watch their growth. We feed off each other. Our customers also motivate me. We strive to make & put out the best product & the best service to our users and customers. So when the customer really is connected to and enjoys the product, or the service was convenient, it keeps me pumped up.

What would you do with the $25,000?

What I would do with $25,000 is put it towards the cost of an office expansion. My company provides clothing disposal/ recycling service and we are getting ready to rollout the service nationwide. Right now we only can afford to work out of New York City. But I’d like to get a small satellite office in the Midwest to help support our business growth out to the west and Midwest.
