Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by the opportunity to be in the position I am in, to own my own firm at 33. The seeds that have been sown from the resilience and work ethic of my family is monumental. I have an amazing fiancé who makes me feel like I can do anything. I’ve witnessed people having far less, manage to accomplish so much. My ability to overcome challenges, maximize my opportunities, and maintain a strong sense of purpose has been a driving force for me in business.

How do you stay motivated?

Staying motivated in business isn’t always about being fearless; it’s about overcoming fear and doing it afraid. This mindset, the ability to push through, has been a crucial part of my journey. I often remind myself that all we truly have is today, because the future is uncertain, and yesterday has passed. That realization drives me to take action even when it’s uncomfortable. The comfort zone is a wonderful place but nothing ever grows there.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Pay for our honeymoon; invest in real estate; give a portion to my family; a portion would go towards paying business expenses; and giving back to the community.
