Learn MoreI have been thinking of opening a restaurant in my town for a few years. My sister and niece decided to change careers and open a donut shop. I knew what I wanted to do. And I'm now on my way to being open.
How do you stay motivated?Some days it's just staying the course and seeing the daily accomplishments add up. Some days it's hearing the excitement from people in my town. They're really excited! Some days it's the awesome people in my corner keeping me from throwing the baby out with the bathwater and staying the course.
