I wanted to bridge the gap of communication with dogs and their humans. As a pet lover, I watched dog after dog get dumped into shelters. The common reason was the dog didn’t listen to the human. The dog was misbehaving. Training was the dog was the simple solution to reduce the numbers in the shelters.
How do you stay motivated?I am motivated by the change I see from our work. We were able to get a couple therapy dogs in our local school systems. Through our work, we have impacted hundreds of kids lives. Particularly those who suffer with anxiety, stress, and other mental health disparities.
What would you do with the $25,000?We need funding to purchase a vehicle to transport our dogs to and from appointments and therapy sessions.
