Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by entrepreneurs who were never taught how to manage money or run a business, yet strive to succeed. With only 25 states mandating financial literacy, the gap is alarming. Of 12 million women-owned businesses, 88% earn less than $100k- a statistic I’m on a mission to change. Watching my clients transformed through financial clarity and reflecting on my own resilient journey drives my passion to empower others and create lasting impact.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my “why”- empowering entrepreneurs to achieve financial clarity, build happy lives, and successful businesses. The ripple effect of creating positive change inspires me. My children’s strength fuels me, and my nonprofit, the Financial Future Foundation, drives me to provide young people with financial success, tools, and a core curriculum for schools, ensuring lasting impact.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I donate $10,000 to my nonprofit, the Financial Future Foundation, providing three young professionals, the chance to become entrepreneurs. $5,000 would go towards publishing my financial literacy and personal growth book, launching March 2025. The remaining $10,000 would be used to impact 2000 entrepreneurs by providing them with a copy of my book, empowering them with tools for financial clarity and personal growth.
