I am inspired to be the kind of leader who lifts others up. I strive to create opportunities where people feel empowered to unlock their potential and achieve their goals. Whether it’s an employee eager to grow their skills, a client looking for reliable solutions, or an Afghan family seeking asylum. Through my business and work, I foster environments where care is not just extended but rooted in the culture. I learned as a little girl that a helping hand goes a long ways.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through passion, purpose, and the desire to create a lasting legacy. For example, a client with an RV needed an oil change to avoid voiding his warranty but couldn’t manage it due to his wife’s illness. Although we had stopped servicing residential clients, we made an exception for him. He was so grateful, he gave us a generous tip and nearly cried. Moments like this remind me of the real motivation at hand, fueling my determination to continue making a difference.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000 grant, I would assign $1,000 for an employee training grant to enhance technical skills. $10,000 would establish a non-profit granting training and job placement for lube technicians and HVAC engineers, focusing on undeserved communities and veterans. The remaining $14,000 would support staff training, outreach, operational costs, and community initiatives, creating sustainable growth and lasting impact while empowering individuals and strengthening industries.
