Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My passion for bodybuilding and sports my whole life is where my inspiration stemmed from. I wanted to create a place where everyone was welcome and could have an experience that wasn’t only transactional but motivating to help them stay on track for there goals!

How do you stay motivated?

The reality is you can’t always be motivated but you can be disciplined enough to stay on track to achieve your goals. If there anything I’ve learned in life motivation comes and goes but discipline and consistency is where you have to put your mindset. It’s about taking the motivation and turning it into momentum for you goals and doubling down on betting on yourself.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would reinvest it back into the company in order to expand it even further. I am currently in the process of franchising my business. I would use it to improve the processes in the business even further because lean processes are my specialty I love making everything more efficient while still maintaining product quality and consistency.
