What is the Entrepreneur of Impact?
Learn MoreAs firefighters, my brother and I saw a need for high-quality apparel designed specifically for first responders. Together, we launched Back Step Graphics to create durable, meaningful products that reflect the dedication of those who serve. Our shared experiences on the job inspired us to build a brand that gives back to a community we’re proud to be a part of.
How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by focusing on the impact Back Step Graphics has on the first responder community and my family. Knowing our products support and represent firefighters like my brother and me drives me to keep pushing forward. I also want this business to provide for and create a better future for my family, which keeps me grounded and determined to succeed. Every step forward reminds me why we started—to serve others and build something meaningful.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I win $25,000, I would reinvest it into our signature product, the Job Coat, enhancing its design and quality to better serve first responders. Additionally, I’d use the funds to develop and manufacture new products that align with our mission. This investment would propel Back Step Graphics to new heights, enabling us to grow beyond what we ever imagined and better serve both our community and our customers.
