Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Ultimately, I don’t have a single role model I look up to more than the highest version of myself—my best possible self. That vision pushes me to take bold steps, leap into new opportunities, and prove to myself, and to others, that we can rise above our past to create the lives and businesses we dream of.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated knowing my children and team rely on me. My kids watch every step, learning if dreams can become reality. I push through obstacles to inspire them, showing that perseverance opens doors. My team’s faith keeps me growing so we can succeed together. If I had $25,000, I’d invest in hiring someone with both the expertise and passion to propel us forward.
