My daughter, Elle, motivates me to create opportunities, equip her with knowledge I once lacked, and guide her toward her full potential. Above all, I strive to make God smile by leading with purpose, integrity, and impact.
How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by raising my own bar, continuing my parents' legacy, and breaking barriers for underrepresented youth in STEM. My drive is to create opportunities, build global citizens through my business, and leave a lasting legacy of impact and greatness.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in my non-profit, Dibia DREAM, to expand access to STEM education for youth globally. The funds would support our DREAM Academy, STEM Saturdays, and STEM Avengers programs, empowering the next generation with skills, opportunities, and resources to succeed in STEM fields and beyond.
