Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from God and my family. I love my family and I love to see people's relationship with God grow; especially today's youth. This is my purpose. I have a twelve-year-old son (BJ) that I’ve been training to be a leader and writer since he was just a toddler. Thankfully, he’s grown a love for writing more than I have. Now, I purposefully wake up every day to ensure that he has a solid foundation to continue to build off of when I’m ready to hand it over to him.

How do you stay motivated?

I love to be challenged but my motivation comes from my relationship with God. I’m very driven and I’m grateful that he’s blessed me with the responsibility of a necessary purpose. No matter what ups and downs I may go through, what motivates me is knowing that I have a purpose on this earth and that I can lead it.

What would you do with the $25,000?

What I would do with the $25,000 is expand in business. I would use it to purchase more film equipment to shoot higher-quality films. I would set aside a budget to do more live entertainment & theatre productions. I would increase my book inventory to partner with more local retailers directly; rather than going through a third party. I’d bulk up our marketing department to reach a broader audience to help draw more people closer to Christ.
