Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My mom is my inspiration in business…no matter how many jobs she had as a single mom, she found time to use her hands to create arts and crafts. I witness my mom do prom corsages and then expand to decorating wedding receptions. So now I have the honor to carry out the creative legacy and spread the same knowledge to inspiring youth and young adults

How do you stay motivated?

I have a passion for what I do…you constantly learn, you constantly grow and I love the challenge!!! After demo, I look at the project like a blank canvas…believe it or not I can see the finished product before any framing begins

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would definitely find a way to create a platform to teach youth and young adults the trades…having the general knowledge and basic principles to construction and carpentry while emphasizing the importance of having a trade as a skill set
