Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from the resilience and creativity of underrepresented entrepreneurs who overcome systemic barriers to pursue their visions. Witnessing their innovation and determination motivates me to create pathways for them to succeed. Additionally, trailblazers like Madam C.J. Walker and modern leaders in impact investing inspire me to combine purpose and profit to drive meaningful change in communities globally.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my mission to empower underrepresented entrepreneurs and witnessing the tangible impact of my work. Seeing founders I’ve coached secure funding, launch products, or expand into new markets energizes me. I also set clear goals, celebrate milestones, and draw inspiration from the successes of those I support. Continuous learning and connecting with like-minded individuals keep me grounded and passionate about creating lasting change.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would enhance VentureHue’s programs by expanding the VentureHue ACCESS Lab to serve more underserved entrepreneurs and launching an early-stage venture capital fund. This funding would support program development, legal setup of the fund, and marketing outreach.
