Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

A lot of my business mind comes from my dad, and my ADHD :). I am inspired to continue to grow in business in order to continue to support well the community I live in. I desire to see the mental health + wellness community get past all the red-tape of insurance and policies that don't always actually serve people in order to make quality mental health + wellness accessible to those who need it most.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because I stay involved in the community. I have not so far removed myself from the people who matter most, & therefore I can continually stay abreast of the things that are most needed in order for people to truly heal & feel whole. I also have a really strong support system of other business minded women who are choosing to fight for their community too. What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won the $25,000 I would use $16,000 to be able to support 20 individuals who may not be able to afford mental health + wellness services gain access to quality care through Wellness Without Walls (this would give them 2 months worth of services). I would use the remainder to pay off business debts and invest some so the nonprofit is in a healthy place financially so we can begin to implement other things we need to grow, & support me for 1 month of maternity leave for when baby arrives.
