Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my personal journey through burnout and my mission to #endburnoutculture. I’m driven by the ripple effects—helping one person recover can transform teams, workplaces, and communities. I also draw inspiration from my background in Chinese medicine, which taught me the power of balance and resilience, and from the leaders I serve who are bold enough to align their success with well-being. Their courage fuels my passion every day.

How do you stay motivated?

I believe in dedication and consistency over motivation. Having a weekly podcast keeps me committed to both my listeners and my mission - as well as in tune with the latest burnout news and thought leadership. I am constantly reminded how important this work is through tv shows, books, personal stories on IG and LI - every day I am reminded of the need and it keeps me coming back for more.

What would you do with the $25,000?

FRIED. The Burnout Podcast currently reaches about 20,000 people per month and I believe that it could bring solace and solutions to millions. I would use the $25K to build on FRIED's success and ensure that this free resource reaches every single pair of ears and every single heart that needs it. This would, in turn, build up my group coaching program providing a solid business foundation for the future AND make it easier for event planners to find and hire me as a speaker. It's a win win win!
