Who or what is your inspiration in business?

PeaceLaunch- tools for best practices for a peaceful co-existence. We get our inspirations from music, art, inventions, technology and publishing. We have Rock Power-the solar powered rock. This product has won many awards. It is a peace invention. You can drop peace rocks from a plane or throw it, but the rock has a parachute and a message. The rock is a weapon of peace. It may not kill but still hurt by shocking people into greater awareness.

How do you stay motivated?

Love is our motivator. It is one based on morality and spiritual beliefs.The goal is to create an environment where people learn to love as opposed to hate. Lift up instead of putting down. Nurture instead of criticizing. Ultimately, Peace instead of war. We are helping the Disabled community. We have a proprietary technology. We take a cell phone app, and it uses accessible media. You point the cell phone at a source, and it turns images to the deaf and an audio narrative for the blind.
