My inspiration comes from the struggles and experiences that have shaped me. I had to navigate financial literacy, create opportunities, and work toward a prosperous future. These challenges have turned into my purpose. The experiences fueled my passion for real estate investing and providing exceptional experiences, exploring cultures of our world, and developing apps that empower others with knowledge and resources to thrive mentally, physically, and achieve their dreams.

How do you stay motivated?

My 2 year old daughter, carefree and full of life, inspires me daily to create a brighter future for her, my family, and the world. My vision, rooted in faith and guided by God, is greater than myself, and I approach it step by step with unwavering determination. Each day is an opportunity for growth, improvement, and progress. With the support of a dedicated team who believes in me, I am committed to making a meaningful impact, driven by the dream I see clearly and the lives it will transform.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I will retain Real Estate, Intellectual Property, and Software Technology Attorneys to protect and structure my apps in development, enabling me to finalize prototypes, initiate market testing, and prove concept viability. The remaining funds will go toward the 50-acre private peninsula I have under contract, covering the feasibility phase to assess land development costs and construction budgets, laying the groundwork to engage investors and bring this transformative vision to life.
