Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My parents are my greatest inspiration. Though not business owners, they moved from Ireland to England, working tirelessly to create better opportunities for us. Their resilience and love have fueled my ambition. I’m also inspired by Irish entrepreneurs like John and Patrick Collison of Stripe, Chuck Feeney of Duty-Free Shoppers, and young trailblazers like Aimee Connolly of Sculpted by Aimee. Their tenacity proves that, with hard work, anything is possible.

How do you stay motivated?

Irish people are cut from a different cloth—grit, determination, and the fighting Irish spirit are in our DNA. Centuries of struggle for independence have given us resilience and a refusal to give up. I carry that heritage with me, using it as fuel when challenges arise. Knowing that I come from a lineage of people who fought for their future keeps me motivated to push forward, no matter what obstacles stand in my way.

What would you do with the $25,000?

We would reinvest the $25k into our business by developing a comprehensive marketing strategy to expand our reach and increase awareness. A portion of the funds would be allocated to creating a specialized program for children on the autism spectrum, offering them a supportive environment to express themselves through dance. Additionally, we plan to use the funds to support our global expansion, bringing our mission and services to new communities worldwide.
