I am. My anxiety and depression diagnosis as a child started this journey. I wrestled with emotional health all of my life. When I finally sought help, I was introduced to self-care. I made it a priority & it has helped me so much. I wanted to see other women healed and be a support to their process. Hence, KAAST 22 was born.
How do you stay motivated?I walk the emotional health journey with women across the nation. Their testimonies of how my products help them is my motivation. The local support in my area has been beyond incredible. The possible future is also a motivation for me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would open my own store, bless other women who are like me, and become very active in my state of Illinois and advocate for emotional health. A car would help me do so much more!
