I’m particularly motivated by those who prioritize people—both their teams and clients—and lead with empathy and vision. My family also drives me to push forward, as I strive to create a lasting impact through Elite Group Staffing and build a better future for those I love and the community we serve.

I stay motivated by focusing on the bigger picture—helping businesses thrive and empowering individuals to reach their potential. As a woman, an immigrant, and with my family’s support, I’m driven to create opportunities that make a difference. The positive impact of matching the right talent with the right opportunities inspires me daily. I also stay focused by setting meaningful goals, surrounding myself with passionate professionals, and celebrating wins along the way.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With a $25,000 prize, I would reinvest it into Elite Group Staffing to further enhance our services and expand our reach. A portion would go toward improving our technology and systems, allowing us to better match top talent with the right opportunities. I’d also invest in professional development programs for our team to ensure we remain at the forefront of industry trends. Lastly, I’d allocate funds for expanding our network and outreach efforts.
