Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Entrepreneurship is in my blood. I’m lucky to be surrounded by many great influences. My Dad runs his own business, my Mom has always worked and believed in my big ideas, and my Uncle Steve was an entrepreneur who took my goals seriously from a young age. He invested time, energy and small amounts of capital to give me the tools I needed to succeed as my own boss. Ever since, I’ve worked hard to run my own ventures.

How do you stay motivated?

Working with top brands and A-list collaborators over the last 15 years has been rewarding in its own way. Really, I’ve had an entrepreneurial chip on my shoulder since I was in elementary school. I would wear suits to school and carry a briefcase as early as 2nd grade. I guess you could say my motivation comes from not letting down my childhood self, achieving what I set out to do… change the world for the better through smart leadership and winning solutions.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Invest invest invest. One thing I’d like to do is start a podcast for my nonprofit consulting firm, Hello Good. We work with so many amazing people who are truly making the world a better place, it would be such a gift to be able to tell their stories through a forum that is open, engaging and fun to watch.
