Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

When I was nine years old, my father entrusted me with designing a nonprofit logo. This experience sparked my passion for creativity and demonstrated the power of early exposure to design. Equally motivating is the curiosity and potential I see in the countless children I've worked with. Their growth fuels my mission to create engaging platforms like Design Elementary, where I am dedicated to fostering creativity, innovation, and meaningful learning experiences.

How do you stay motivated?

Focusing on the impact of creativity in education motivates me. Research shows that students who engage in creative learning are 75% more likely to develop problem-solving skills and 50% more likely to pursue careers in innovation-driven fields. The growth and confidence I see in children exploring design through Design Elementary inspire me daily. Reflecting on my journey—from designing my first logo at nine to empowering young minds—reminds me of the meaningful change being made.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would be allocated to expand our impact by hosting creative empowerment workshops for young learners, focusing on design and innovation. These workshops would occur in underserved communities, featuring hands-on activities, digital program access, and live sessions with industry experts. The initiative would also include local partnerships, student exhibitions, and giveaways from design-focused brands, creating pathways for the next generation of creatives and innovators.
