Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My husband /kiddos & other people with a long list dietary restrictions. Iovet the last 24 years together,we've eaten at a lot of different establishments. The one thing that I've noticed since the start is that there aren't a lot of bakeries in kw that are inclusive to different dietary needs. Sure bakeries have a vegan option here, a gluten for option there. I wanted to offer a large menu that catered to not only gluten-free, but also vegan, nut free and not sacrifice flavour or quality.💝

How do you stay motivated?

I know that we have the ability to make a lot of people happy and help them celebrate their special occasions, while also keeping them safe! I like to think of how many people our food has made its way to. That helps keep me motivated and excites me! I also don't sit still well; so it's great to have a business where I can constantly keep inventing and creating new products. 😅

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use that money to help start & reate a program/course that can help people to bake more inclusively without all the weird "Hacks" that are on the internet. It's quite simple if you know what you're doing & I feel with my culinary training in my 11 years of business ownership, I have a pretty good handle of what I'm doing.
