Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by visionaries like Elon Musk, who build innovative, sustainable businesses that push boundaries and create lasting impact. His commitment to innovation and social impact is something I aspire to emulate or even exceed. I’m equally inspired by my parents, immigrants from Jamaica, who showed me the value of perseverance and hard work.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by setting SMART goals and celebrating small wins along the way. Building strong client relationships and seeing positive results inspires me to keep going. I view failures as lessons rather than setbacks and use obstacles as opportunities to grow. I surround myself with like-minded individuals who provide feedback and brainstorm ideas. As a husband and new father, I also prioritize a healthy work-life balance, ensuring I stay energized and focused on what truly matters.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d invest the $25,000 into the early stages of a new business idea, focusing on key aspects like developing a minimum viable product (MVP), marketing, inventory, and building a strong online presence. I’d also consider putting it toward expanding into real estate, another business venture of mine that I’m confident will thrive. This investment would help me create sustainable growth, reach more clients, and bring my vision to life while building a legacy for my family.
