My inspiration in business comes from leaders like Lyn Christian, who empowers communities through self-reflection and growth, and my stepdad Sean Brown, whose resilience, integrity, and work ethic have deeply influenced my values. I’m also inspired by Patrick Adams and Sarah Hernandez, whose dedication to peer support and advocacy drives meaningful change. Their compassion, leadership, and commitment to service motivate me to uplift marginalized voices and create lasting positive change.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my purpose—helping others overcome challenges and advocating for justice and mental health support. Seeing the positive impact of my work, whether through peer support or community initiatives, fuels my drive. I’m inspired by the resilience of those I serve and the support of mentors and loved ones. Staying connected to my core values, personal growth, and the progress of those I help keeps me committed and passionate every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would invest in expanding Justice By Objectives' peer support services, focusing on marginalized communities. The funds would support training, resource development, and care packages for justice-involved individuals. I would also enhance outreach efforts, including educational workshops and partnerships, to raise awareness about the importance of peer support. This investment would help us create sustainable impact, empower more lives, and reduce recidivism rates.
